Namaste

When I think of body balance my first thought is Yoga. I love to work out, and often go in spurts with it, going to the Y 5 times a week and then not going for a whole month...
again, trying to find balance!


Over the summer my husband and I took a wonderful Theraputic Yoga class that really made me feel grounded and at peace. The class has ended, but I took with me some of the basic practice and I am in the routine of engaging them when I feel "wound too tight". It's an amazing relaese. I challange you to find your inner core!
